igus, a global leader in motion plastics and automation solutions, will present its latest technologies for moving, automating, and optimizing manufacturing processes at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2026, at Booth 236131 in the North Building.
Under the theme “Motion in Automation,” Iguas will demonstrate how motion components and automation technologies can be integrated to help manufacturers lower costs, simplify machine design, and enhance production efficiency. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore solutions spanning lubrication-free motion plastics, energy supply systems, robotics, and low-cost automation.
One of the key technologies on display will be the E4Q e-chain, which is designed for demanding applications. Featuring tool-free opening and closing, reduced weight, and improved crossbar pull-out strength, the system is designed to simplify installation and cable management.
igus will also highlight its extensive range of iglide plain bearing materials. These self-lubricating and maintenance-free materials are engineered for a variety of operating requirements, including high loads and temperatures, low friction, chemical resistance, food contact, and harsh environments.
The Drylin and Drylin E portfolios will further demonstrate grease-free linear motion and motorized automation. These solutions combine lightweight, dirt- and corrosion-resistant linear systems with motors and controls to provide ready-to-integrate and precise motion solutions.
“Manufacturers are looking for ways to increase productivity while keeping automation investments practical and cost-effective. IMTS, we want to show that motion and automation do not have to be complicated. By combining our motion plastics expertise with affordable robotics and automation technologies, we can help manufacturers find solutions that improve their processes and make automation more accessible,” said Felix Brockmeyer, CEO of igus, Inc.
Visitors to the IGUS booth will have the opportunity to view live demonstrations, discuss application challenges with IGUS experts, and explore solutions designed to enhance motion and automation across their manufacturing operations.
