ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC), a prominent supplier of foodservice products and operational essentials, has partnered with global AI and automation firm qBotica to successfully deploy and stabilize an AI-driven automation solution within its business operations. The implementation marks a significant milestone in ACR’s digital transformation efforts, enhancing operational efficiency through advanced automation capabilities.
Since going live on July 20, 2026, the solution has processed almost 5,000 transactions with a success rate exceeding 99%. It is now operating across four companies within ACR while maintaining business continuity. The solution brings together intelligent automation, business rules, validation controls and AI-assisted recovery to process transactions consistently and reliably. It also gives ACR a flexible foundation designed to scale across additional workflows, transaction types and areas of the business.
One of the solution’s most innovative capabilities is an AI-powered Healing Agent enabled by qBotica. When the automation encounters common disruptions, such as interface changes, unexpected pop-ups or timing issues, the agent analyzes the situation and helps determine the appropriate recovery action. Instead of simply stopping when something changes, the automation has an added layer of intelligence to help it recover, improving resilience while reducing interruptions and the need for manual intervention.
“By automating repetitive data entry and validation, we are reducing processing times, increasing volume and improving accuracy. The solution also allows us to process credits at a precise purchase-order and ship-to level, strengthening data integrity and helping us identify bottlenecks by location, credit type and other key factors. Most importantly, it gives our team more time to focus on analysis and higher-value work.”
-Kelly Kidd, Accounts Receivable Manager at ACR
“Enterprise AI earns the right to scale when it delivers measurable results reliably in a live operating environment. This launch reflects ACR’s approach to transformation: pairing intelligent automation with strong governance, operational resilience and internal capability. It gives us a proven foundation to expand responsibly and create sustained value across the enterprise.”
– Thai Vong,Chief Information Officer at ACR
The implementation is part of ACR’s broader enterprise AI strategy, led by Chief Information Officer Thai Vong, to apply AI and automation across high-volume business operations. With the initial solution successfully stabilized, ACR and qBotica can build upon this foundation to support additional transaction types, introduce more intelligent exception management and connect increasingly complex workflows across multiple enterprise systems.
“The real value of enterprise AI comes when it moves beyond experimentation and becomes part of how the business operates every day,” said Mahesh Vinayagam, Founder and CEO of qBotica. “Together with ACR, we have built more than an automation. We have created a scalable execution foundation that can support increasingly intelligent and complex business operations. Most importantly, it is already delivering measurable results in production.”
-Mahesh Vinayagam, Founder and CEO of qBotica
The successful launch represents another milestone in the relationship between ACR and qBotica. The organizations will continue exploring opportunities to apply AI, intelligent automation and agentic technologies across ACR’s operations, building on a proven foundation of reliability, measurable outcomes and shared execution.
